Accessing your hosting account control panel
All hosting customers have the cPanel control panel. To log in,
please click here. If you have forgotten your login information,
please contact us. You will need the last 4 digits of the credit card number you signed up with as part of our verification process.
Configuring your e-mail client
All hosting customers have the cPanel control panel. Setting up email accounts can be done by
logging into your cPanel control center and clicking the Email Accounts icon. Once you have created some email accounts, you can set up your email client, such as Microsoft Outlook to connect to the mail server. For reference, here are the settings to use in your mail client. Alternatively, you may
use our web mail to see your email from any internet-connected computer..
Mail Server Username: youremail@yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (server requires authentication) port 26
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
Accessing your web site via FTP
Using FTP (file transfer protocol) is a common method for uploading files to your web site. You need an FTP client to do this. We recommend the free, open source program FileZilla. To access your site using an FTP client, use the following settings:
Address: ftp.yourdomain.com
Login: (Use the login name from your welcome email)
Files viewable on the web should be put in your public_html folder.
